At Grove Elementary I worked as a Para-Professional Educator in a behavioral classroom with up to ten students of varying grades. I assist in their academics as well as with difficult behaviors. Many students come from a troubled home setting, making it difficult for them to learn and be included in an inclusive classroom. Some students require an IEP while others have emotional outbursts. We refocus inappropriate behaviors and reward positive behaviors.
I worked as a Job Coach in the Pathways Department. Pathways is the first of three individualized services designed to assist individuals with Developmental Disabilities in community competitive employment. No stars - Eileen never contacted me - tutors should inform University Tutor when they are leaving or not available and the website should be updated. It felt like Eileen didn't want to tutor my son, and if that's the case should have said so, busy, unable to work with your son, no longer working at UT. Bad business to be non-responsive to potential customers, clients, students..... I'll never use UT and I will tell anyone who asks me about tutors - don't use UT!!!

The tutor will respond if they are available/interested.
